TANAWAT SENAPITAKSA

Born in 1960, Mr. Tanawat is a founding partner of Kasame and Associates. Before joining Kasame and Associates, he worked for Tilleke and Gibbins (1986 – 1993) and practiced in his own office from 1993 until joining this firm. He is specialized in litigation concerning intellectual property dispute, Marine, Carriage of Goods by Sea, Marine Cargo Insurance, Inland Transit Insurance, Obligations, Specific Contracts and Family.

- Marine Commercial Business Training Course, Marine Commercial Institute of Chulalongkorn University and Bangkok Shipowners and Agents Association (BSAA).
