Kasame Jai-ob-orm (Attorney-at-law, Managing Partner)
Kasame has been engaging in legal and IP works for almost 30 years by serving domestic and international clients in Thailand, Japan and other countries. Thanks to his extensive experiences, Kasame understands the problems of the clients and is able to offer workable solutions. Kasame obtained Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University and Sripatum University, Thailand and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Chuo University, Japan.

Haruethai Sooksamarn (IP expert)
One of the founders of Kasame & Associates, Haruethai has been representing clients in Japan and other countries on various intellectual properties matters for almost 30 years. She is the leading professional of Kasame & Associates in the IP practice. Haruethai obtained Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Thammasart University and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Chiangmai University, Thailand.

Masahiko Fujita (IP Adviser)
In 1984, after Masahiko obtained Bachelor of Laws from Keio University, Japan, he worked for major non-ferrous metal manufacturer.
He joined a major patent firm in 1992 and registered as a patent attorney in Japan in 1995.
After established his own firm in 2002, he merged with a major patent firm and worked at RIN IP Partners in 2018.
He has consistently dealt with domestic and foreign trademarks, disputes, and negotiation cases, and has a wide network globally through training at major American law firms and litigation cases in China.
He is able to provide service from the clients’ standpoint through his work experience in numerous companies, extensive network of businesspeople in various fields and practical experience.

Tomoyoshi has excellent command of Thai, Japanese and English. He obtained Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and has been admitted as a Thai attorney-at-law.

Patent and trademark attorney of Japan, registered in 2010.
Certificated IP litigator of Japan, registered in 2012.
Member of Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), International Trademark Association (INTA), and International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
Ayako started her IP carrier in a mid-sized IP firm in Tokyo in 2007. She has approached all cases with sincerity and has made continuous efforts to obtain the best results and valuable experiences with her clients in Asia, the United States, and Europe, in addition to big enterprise, SMEs and start-ups in Japan. She has long-standing and close partnerships with trusted IP attorneys all over the world. According to such partnerships and her own experiences, she is well versed in practices of many countries.

Kosuke Kawada (Consultant)
After Kosuke obtained Bachelor of Laws from Keio University, he began his career in the Legal and Compliance Department of a major Japanese electronics manufacturer. He later joined the Legal department of a leading retail manufacturer, where he was responsible for legal matters related to business expansion into Southeast Asia, including the launch and development of operations on the ground.
He brings over 20 years of in-house legal experience, both at headquarters and overseas subsidiaries, and provides services that are closely aligned with the needs of client companies.
